Dividend Distribution Note
Industries Qatar Q.S.C is pleased to announce that dividends for 2009 will be distributed by Commercial Bank (CBQ) starting April 7th 2010. To facilitate IQ distribution of dividends, CBQ will be extending its official working hours (See the table below). CBQ also offers an auto-crediting service which enables shareholders to deposit their dividends immediately (to their bank account with a bank in or outside Qatar) which will be more convenient for them.

Please note that any unclaimed dividend cheques will be distributed by t mail after 8 weeks from the above date.
Distribution Procedure:
Firstly: Collection by Cash or Check
1. Shareholders may collect their dividends up to QR 100,000 in cash or in check from the following Commercial Bank branches:
